Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and have experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can read and interpret schematics, troubleshoot issues in the field, and provide exceptional service to our clients.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license.
- EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
- Demonstrate willingness to invest in tools used in Service of HVAC equipment.
- Demonstrate willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes.
- Work from 28' extension ladder and 12' step ladder.
- Low Voltage License
- Understand and communicate benefits of preventative maintenance.
- Demonstrate advanced customer service skills and have ability to communicate clearly, idea's and explanations of problems to residential and commercial customers and coworkers
- Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility
- Experience in training and mentoring service technicians.
- Operate scissors and genie lifts in safe manner.
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units and boilers.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand system layouts.
- Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot issues in the field and provide effective solutions.
- Perform welding tasks as needed for system repairs or modifications.
- Drive company vehicles to job sites while adhering to safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to build efficient HVAC solutions for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used.
Experience
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in design and installation of HVAC systems.
- Familiarity with air conditioning systems, boilers, and related equipment.
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings effectively.
- Experience in field service operations is preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.

Pay: $32.00 - $37.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
