Job Description
Multifamily complex seeking full or part-time maintenance technician position. Experience is preferred. Individual must be energetic and a self-starter. Positive attitude a must!
Basic knowledge of the following is a plus:
- Grounds Keeper
- Electrical systems
- Plumbing systems
- Painting and drywall experience
- HVAC experience is a plus
General Duties include:
- Responsible for helping to maintain the entire property in an attractive and comfortable condition.
- Performs corrective maintenance and satisfied residents’ needs following company procedures when performing service requests.
- Assists in trash pickup on the property and basic landscaping.
- Assists in all types of maintenance, when necessary and as requested.
- Assists in completing the turnovers/make-readies of vacant units, as requested.
- On-call in accordance with scheduling to handle maintenance emergencies from residents and property Emergencies.
- Observes condition of apartment and reports any unusual circumstances, unauthorized occupants, illegal activity, etc.)
