- Base Salary: $65,000 – $80,000, plus robust incentive bonus structure

The Role: As a results-driven leader, you’ll be responsible for building, leading, and continuously improving our elite service department. You will drive performance through clearly defined KPIs and ensure that your team consistently exceeds targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and continuously elevate field technicians
- Lead your team to meet and exceed key performance metrics, ensuring outstanding service results
- Be a positive, motivating force—setting the tone daily to inspire your team
- Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction by upholding exceptional service standards
- Drive accountability to hit goals, both individually and as a department
- Develop, mentor, and hold your team to a standard of excellence
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales or Service Manager with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales or service targets
- Ability to lead, motivate, and drive team performance in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Strong communicator, able to make tough decisions, set clear expectations, and hold others accountable
- Demonstrated ability to inspire high-level performance while maintaining a positive and professional environment
