What You’ll Do:
- Deliver Expert Service: Skillfully service and repair heating and air conditioning systems and components for our valued customers.
- Provide Outstanding Customer Care: Educate customers about technical and investment decisions, offering multiple options and solutions during each service call.
- Ensure Quality Work: Test systems after every repair, ensuring they are fixed right the first time and operating perfectly before leaving the customer’s home.
- Conduct Thorough Inspections: Perform comprehensive inspections to prevent future breakdowns and make informed recommendations for repairs or replacements.
- Support Customer Satisfaction: Explain all work completed to customers, ensuring 100% satisfaction, and introduce maintenance plans to keep their systems running smoothly.
- Contribute to Team Success: Provide leads for potential system upgrades to our Sales Lead Coordinator and adhere to our Code of Ethics, Team Rules, and Philosophy.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in the HVAC industry as a Service & Repair Technician.
- Certifications: NATE certification (preferred) and EPA 608 Universal certification.
- Skills: Strong communication abilities, technical expertise, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Driver’s License: Clean record required.
- Additional Qualifications: Bilingual candidates are highly preferred.
