This pivotal role demands a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in managing and estimating residential plumbing projects. The ideal candidate will be adept at orchestrating all phases of residential construction projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Estimation: Generate accurate estimates for residential plumbing projects, ensuring they align with financial objectives and project timelines.
- Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial estimation to final execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Team Leadership: Direct and coordinate activities of project teams, including in-house staff and external contractors, to ensure effective execution of projects.
- Client Relations: Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout the project duration, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations and codes; prepare detailed reports on project status, challenges, and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years in a managerial role within the plumbing industry, specifically handling residential new construction projects. At least 5 years of experience in estimating for residential projects.
- Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills. Proficient with modern estimating software and project management tools.
- Education: A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Travel: Ability to travel within the state as needed to manage projects and meet with clients.
Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000
