The Big Task
The Residential HVAC Service/Sales Technician provides exceptional customer service and educates customers regarding technical and investment decisions by providing multiple options and solutions while making service calls in customer’s homes.
Key Sub Tasks
- Service, repair, and/or propose replacement of all types of heating and cooling systems.
- Troubleshoot, adapt, and resolve/repair all issues to keep equipment functioning properly
- Perform proper inspection of the customers system to prevent future issues
- Experience as a Service Technician in a residential service and maintenance operation
- Knowledge of residential heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment
- Solid communication and customer service skills
- Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams.
- A strong desire to build and maintain relationships with your customers and team members
- Get potential customers excited about Climate Pro and encourage them to spread the word.
- Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Highly motivated, flexible and great attitude on life.
Desired Skills and Experience
