We are looking to add 2 commercial service techs to our growing team in Glendale.
** Must have clean MVR **
** Must have EPA Universal 608 **
We guarantee 40 hours all year long. We are currently offering overtime hours but not killing our techs like some of the companies out there.
**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years in HVAC systems and possess mechanical knowledge to perform maintenance, repairs, and installations in a commercial setting.
**Duties:**
- Conduct regular maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment malfunctions
- Install new HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings
- Perform equipment repairs and replacements
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations
- Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC issues promptly
**Experience:**
- Prior experience in HVAC or related field
- Proficiency in HVAC/R systems
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs
- Familiarity with equipment repair and appliance repair
- Ability to operate as a Van driver for service calls
- Experience in designing HVAC systems is a plus
