We are seeking an experienced RESIDENTIAL HVAC technician for year round work. If you can also do basic electrical work, we can give you full-time work, otherwise it will be part time work. You will work in vacant homes only. Jobs will range from furnace swap, to ductwork repair, to full duct replacement. You will be working on residential homes and occasionally on apartments.
Pay dependent on skill.
Must be familiar with residential code. Weekly pay. Work to be perform primarily during normal work hours. All work is expected to be efficient and of high quality (neat wire runs, proper labeling, neat workspace, etc.)
All jobs within 15 minutes of downtown Cleveland.
