We are looking for a Preventative Maintenance Manager to provide the highest level of customer service and developing long-lasting customer relationships and maintaining strong working knowledge of all industry standards and practices as well as the company's services.
As the Preventative Maintenance Manager you would be responsible for the following:
· Delegating Preventative Maintenance Department needs such as reviewing scheduling of PM’s for potential conflicts, filters/parts needed, or technician assignments. Evaluating its efficiency daily in the morning and evening.
· Supervising that all PM’s for the month have been met by the appropriate time.
· Reviewing maintenance notes to insure all recommendations are quoted in addition to writing up these estimates.
· Handling customer complaints, concerns, and constructive feedback in a professional manner
· Estimating any recommended repairs or services of a Preventative Maintenance manner including filter pricing, cleanings, minor repairs.
· Complete possible high problematic calls, i.e. multiple calls backs, VIP customers, or equipment surveys
· Processing new filter orders and maintaining filter inventory in conjunction with other employees
· Interviewing and hiring new maintenance technicians and/or leading employee reviews of service technicians
· Training new maintenance technicians whether it be by yourself or another team member
· Communicating with constructive feedback to service technicians by doing “drop ins” and inspecting repairs
· Organizing training meetings to provide the best possible service
· Organizing safety meetings quarterly
· Communicating any maintenance technicians
· Over all making sure the customer gets the best experience every interaction with a Sunburst Team Member
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
