Basic Qualifications:
- Trade school experience a plus
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with customers and co-workers
- Possess a positive attitude, be accountable and take pride in your workmanship
- Ambition to learn and the ability to attend (paid for) training
- Reliable, organized, and driven
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable by the Company’s insurance carrier (clean MVR)
- Must be able to pass a background check
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on air conditioning and heating systems
- Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
- Use iPad to perform sales, presentations, and job documentation
- Respond to emergency maintenance and breakdown requests
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Work overtime when needed and participate in on-call rotation
