Job description
Longhorn Imaging is actively seeking a qualified and organized Call Center Agent for our growing Diagnostic Imaging company. This individual is responsible for handling inbound calls from providers' offices or patients to assist with their requests, including but not limited to following up on pending studies, relaying information between providers and clinical staff, following up on provider requests for medical records or study statuses.
Shift Schedule
Monday – Friday 8am- 5pm
JOB SUMMARY:
The Call Center Agent answers inbound calls in a timely manner to assist providers office or patients with their requests or provider general information as requested
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer incoming calls and ask appropriate questions to properly assess caller’s needs
- Properly pull all necessary documentation for each record request.
- Process incoming emails in a timely fashion.
- Always maintain a neat and organized office area
