Responsibilities:
Present and sell homes to prospective buyers
Work with lenders to secure home/land financing
Manage building projects effectively
Hire and train sales staff
Maintain sales center property to company standards
Requirements:
Outgoing, positive personality with the capacity to communicate effectively.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Display leadership potential with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
Manage tasks efficiently and prioritize responsibilities.
Experience in manufactured home sales or similar industry.
Salary:
Manager in Training Program: Base pay plus commission. Ranges from $60,000 to $150,000 per year.
General Manager: Ranges from $95,000 to $410,000 per year.
