For twenty years Efficient Facilities International (EFI) has delivered integrated facility services for all building maintenance trades. Our core services include electrical, plumbing, HVAC-R, construction, routine maintenance, janitorial, and grounds. Our technicians work year-round with no interruption in employment. With regard to plumbing, we perform service, project, and construction work. This is manual work at the journeyman level in the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing and heating systems. Work involves ability to read structural, architectural, civil, and plumbing plans, performance of skilled plumbing tasks in maintaining, repairing, and servicing a variety of fixtures and equipment. Routine maintenance, service, and repair work may be performed independently.
Compensation will be based on skills, experience, education, and licenses. Other benefits will include compliant health, dental, 401k, life insurance, paid vacation and training.
A company vehicle may be utilized; therefore, a clean driving record is required. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. and be willing to undergo a background check in accordance with local, state, or federal law and regulations.
