**DMB Plumbing and Heating Inc.** is searching for a **Residential Plumbing Service Manager** to join our team, focused on high-quality residential plumbing and growing our HVAC services. Serving areas south of Boston and Cape Cod, we’re looking for a skilled leader to uphold our standards, streamline permits, and support our team of technicians.
### Key Responsibilities:
- **Quality Oversight**: Ensure excellence on every residential plumbing project, delivering top results for our clients.
- **Permit Coordination**: Handle permits to keep jobs moving efficiently and on schedule.
- **Team Leadership**: Support technicians on-site with expertise, guidance, and a team-focused approach.
### Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong residential plumbing background, with experience in management or a lead role.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems is a big plus as we expand into this area.
- Familiarity with local residential plumbing codes and permit processes.
