SC Bodner is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join us at our Class-A, luxury community, 1201 at Covell Village . The Maintenance Supervisor will manage the day-to-day maintenance of our facility. The candidate will have firsthand knowledge of all areas of property maintenance and repair standards, including electrical systems, plumbing systems, HVAC systems and property lighting systems. Responsibilities:
- Supervises and/or performs all work related to maintenance of the property’s curb appeal
- Implements cleaning and maintenance programs for grounds, office/clubhouse, common areas and work areas
- Schedules and performs regular inspections of all grounds, structures and systems and corrects problems, if any
- Assists in the maintenance portion of the overall property budget and ensures that all maintenance operating expenses remain within the existing budget
- Responsible for expenditures within company guidelines
- Direct and supervise the day-to-day administrative operations of the maintenance functions including the scheduling and assignment of work, submission of reports and paperwork (invoices, time sheets, new hire/termination information, employee counseling and evaluations)
- Meet or exceed all safety requirements for equipment and personnel
- Follow company procedures for completing work orders, record keeping, and reporting maintenance information
- Schedule preventive maintenance
Requirements:
- Three years progressive maintenance/repair of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and grounds maintenance in multi-family or commercial property
- Supervisory and training experience desired
- Good oral and written communication skills

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
