Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of HVAC technicians, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Supervise HVAC technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
- Develop maintenance schedules and oversee equipment upgrades or replacements.
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment procurement and negotiate service contracts.
- Train new technicians on proper procedures and safety protocols.
Experience
- Unlimited Mechanical License Required, must be able to pull permits
- Journeyman - 10 + years HVAC
- Must be willing to work

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
