Responsibilities

Oversee daily office operations, including customer service, dispatch, and supply coordination.
Manage orders, permits, and inventory with supply houses.
Handle accounting tasks, such as billing and invoices, ensuring timely payments.
Lead and motivate the customer service team, ensuring top-notch service standards.
Coordinate scheduling and dispatch for technicians, optimizing service efficiency.
Ensure all regulatory permits and paperwork are properly handled and up to date.

Requirements:

Proven experience in the HVAC industry or a similar role.
Strong understanding of order management, permits, and basic accounting.
Excellent leadership skills, with experience managing customer service teams and dispatch.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in office management software (QuickBooks, CRM tools, etc.).
