Description:
Roessel Joy is working with an HVAC construction company seeking a new Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing field office personnel, logistics, equipment and consumable usage, and vehicle assignments and maintenance. Additionally, this position is responsible for reviewing and approving time entries that impact job costs and billing, as well as assigned personnel time off requests. As needed the candidate may be called to oversee large losses that require additional management and supervision.
-Estimating Experience is Required
-Procore and Sage experience

Responsibilities
- Work with the Project Executive to ensure project success
- Work with field staff
- Lead communication between clients, subcontractors, and vendors

- Track, project, and influence project performance

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
