We’re looking for a skilled Residential HVAC Sales Technician with a strong background in residential sales to join our team and help homeowners find the best HVAC solutions for their comfort needs.
Position Overview:
As a Residential HVAC Sales Technician, you will be the face of McCorry Comfort in our clients' homes, conducting assessments, providing expert recommendations, and guiding customers through the sales process. This role is ideal for a professional with hands-on experience in residential HVAC sales who understands the importance of customer relationships and tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home consultations to assess HVAC needs, diagnose issues, and recommend customized solutions for repair, replacement, or upgrades.
- Educate customers on our products, services, and financing options, ensuring a transparent and trust-based sales process.
- Prepare detailed estimates, proposals, and service agreements, aligning solutions with customer needs and budgets.
- Actively follow up on leads, referrals, and client inquiries, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest HVAC products, services, and residential market trends.
- Consistently meet or exceed residential sales targets while adhering to McCorry Comfort’s standards of integrity and quality.
- Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure seamless project completion and a positive customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and residential sales skills.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years in residential HVAC sales with a proven track record of meeting sales goals and delivering excellent customer service.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a deep understanding of residential HVAC systems.
- License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Traits: Self-motivated, goal-driven, and customer-focused with a passion for residential comfort solutions.
