Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and a thorough understanding of HVAC/R systems. This role requires expertise in property maintenance, appliance repair, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. The HVAC Technician will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings.

Duties

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, boilers, and refrigeration equipment.
Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics to identify system malfunctions or inefficiencies.
Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment to assess electrical components of HVAC systems.
Perform necessary repairs on mechanical components, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout the service process.
Document all work performed and maintain accurate records of services rendered.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to HVAC/R systems.

Experience

Proven experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair is preferred.
Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in property maintenance.
Familiarity with plumbing systems is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC/R are desirable but not mandatory.

Pay: $30.31 - $32.39 per hour

Experience:

HVAC: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

EPA Type II (Required)

Ability to Commute:

Croydon, PA 19021 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:
