Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain air conditioning and heating systems
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
- Repair or replace defective components in HVAC systems
- Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential problems
- Collaborate with other technicians and contractors to complete projects
- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns
Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance
- Knowledge of HVAC/R systems, including air conditioning units, boilers, and furnaces
- Familiarity with property maintenance and field service work
- Proficient in using tools and equipment commonly used in HVAC repair and installation
- Ability to weld and perform basic appliance repairs is preferred
