Qualifications :
Experience in residential HVAC service. Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems as well as installing parts as needed.
- at least one year of experience as an HVAC technician
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong customer service skills
- excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information in layman's terms
- Ability to work independently
Our Techs enjoy an on call schedule of usually: 1 day a week M-F, the on call Weekend Tech on call only Sat and Sun. Large bonus per call ran on every emergency service call!!
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on HVAC equipment
- Repair or replace defective parts in HVAC systems
- Conduct inspections to ensure proper functioning of HVAC systems
- Follow safety procedures and regulations while working on HVAC systems
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
-No reckless driving or DUI in the past 5 years
- Certification or license in HVAC preferred
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Familiarity with schematics and technical drawings
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Skills:
- Proficiency in property maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
- Knowledge of air conditioning systems and their components
- Experience with HVAC equipment repair
- Strong understanding of HVAC principles and practices
- Ability to operate a van for transportation to job sites
