Richmond Area residential only Heating & Cooling Contractor currently seeking HVAC Service techs with a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience and a good DMV Record. Our techs are on call every 3 to 4 weeks. we are a service-based company and this means when a customer needs us we respond. There will be times when overtime is needed. Our customers are number one and we will show them when they need us the most.

The successful candidate will need to show extensive knowledge of all facets of heating & cooling. Special consideration will be shown to all Nate certified techs. We service Gas Boilers, Gas furnace, heat pumps, and Air Conditioners. (NO OIL) Must be able to pass the pre-employment test of HVAC service, Background Check and drug screening before employment. Company has many great benefits: after your 90 probation you will earn PTO time up to 88 hours your first year with no waiting, PTO time increases with years of service with the company. Paid major holidays, 50% paid medical insurance, after 90 days, Uniforms, Truck. Pay based on experience. Please live within 30 minutes of richmond VA
