Overview
We are adding a additional talented and skilled HVAC Installation team to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate(s) will have a strong background in HVAC system installations and replacements demonstrating mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with various equipment. This role involves installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and some light commercial settings. Duct work cleaning a huge plus! The HVAC Installer will be responsible for ensuring that all installations meet and/or exceed industry standards and customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Install HVAC systems according to specifications and schematics.
- Perform equipment repair and maintenance on existing HVAC units.
- Reconnect to existing components as necessary for system installation and repairs.
- Collaborate with other technicians for efficient HVAC installations.
- Plumb necessary connections for heating and cooling systems.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Adhere to safety protocols while working in the field.
- Treat every property and owner with the utmost respect and cleanliness of their property. Making it look as if we were never there!
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
- Experience as a installer and replacement equipment mechanic is preferred.
- Skilled in brazing techniques applicable to HVAC installations.
- Willingness to learn press technology in regards to refrigerant lines. Press tool supplied by Gundlach.
- Ability to embrace new technology and techniques.
- Familiarity with plumbing practices related to HVAC systems is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- MUST is having a positive and respective attitude.
- No DUI or Reckless Driving tickets in the last 5 years.
- A Drivers License approved by our insurance company

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
