We are seeking multiple Maintenance Techs, HVAC Techs, Groundskeepers and Painters for our communities in the KC Metro! The ideal candidate must be a team player, have a positive attitude and possess excellent time management skills. We are offering $20-$28/hour depending on experience!
All positions proactively and responsively perform technical and mechanical work for their designated location. You will be responsible to ensure the physical aspects of the buildings, apartments, amenities, grounds, and common areas of the property meet standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, functionality and resident appeal. All skill levels are encouraged to apply!
- Perform general maintenance service such as: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement, etc.
- Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests
- Make-readies to be completed in a timely efficient manner
- Participate in preventative maintenance to include pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems when necessary
- Grounds Maintenance including trash pick-up
- Excellent customer relations with residents and staff
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures and comply with local and federal laws (including employment information, OSHA information, etc.)
- Must have reliable transportation and hand tools
