Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the SW region to achieve sales targets. Responsible for mainly the Texas area and surrounding states.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies.
- Collaborate with senior management to align regional goals with corporate objectives.
- Representative 3rd Party Sales Team Management:
- Train and manage representative agency partnerships.
- Set individual and team goals, providing coaching and feedback to ensure performance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement improvement plans where necessary.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain and grow relationships with key clients within the region.
- Identify new business opportunities and client partnerships to expand the customer base.
- Sales Reporting:
- Monitor and report on regional sales performance, providing accurate forecasting and analysis to senior leadership.
- Ensure timely submission of sales reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Budget Management:
- Manage the regional sales budget, ensuring effective use of resources.
- Track expenses and adhere to financial guidelines to maintain profitability.
- Market Development:
- Conduct market research to identify potential areas for growth within the region.
- Promote company products and services at trade shows, conferences, and other relevant events.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales and/or Marketing, with experience preferably from the plumbing industry or related building products field.
- Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably within the assigned region or industry.
- Experience in leading and managing a team of sales professionals.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales performance tracking tools.
