Location: Austin, TX 78757
- As the primary point of contact for our Service Technicians, the ideal Dispatcher has a friendly attitude and can effectively stay on task while assisting our Field Team.
- Obsessive attention to detail.
- Accurate typing and spelling.
- Be able to multi-task in a high pace environment.
- Assisting Technicians ordering parts for repairs and scheduling return visits.
- Assisting Accounting Team with tracking of Purchase Orders
- Knowledge of ServiceTitan Software is a big plus but not required.
- Knowledge /experience in HVAC / Service Industry experience highly preferred but not required.
