HVAC Manager Needed for Commercial Real Estate Company
Location: Farmington Hills, MI
Annual Pay: $75K-$95K
Shift: 1st (8:00am-4:30pm)
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Job Qualifications:
- Must have management/supervisory experience in commercial HVAC maintenance (commercial property experience is required)
- Must have at least 3-5 years of hands-on HVAC experience
- Must have Mechanical Contractor's License or willingness to obtain one within the first 6 months
- HVAC certification/license is a plus
- Experience working with vendors/managing job orders
- Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record
