What You’ll Do
- Perform repairs, maintenance, and occasionally assist with installations on a variety of HVAC systems
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues in HVAC systems
- Clean, adjust, and repair systems, ensuring they function efficiently
- Provide prompt and efficient emergency repair services
- Perform warranty services and identify potential maintenance risks
- Communicate with customers about their service options and provide product education
- Adhere to service standards and customer requirements
What You Bring
Required:
- Certification or associate degree from an accredited HVAC program or technical school
- Strong communication and customer service skills are essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work after hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass an MVR check
- Successfully pass a background security check
Preferred (but not required):
- 3+ years of field experience in residential HVAC services
- NATE certification
- Experience with Service Titan software
