Evolution AC is looking for (1) Top Performer, Technician (Level 4) to round out a team. This individual understands being a service technician is more than just replacing parts. It involves fixing units and customers, Finding and taking care of issues with the highest level of customer service you can provide while being effective with time management and maximizing opportunities for a “Customer For Life” experience, atmosphere and attitude.
You should be over the “We did it this way at the last place” phase of your career and understand at your core; until you can do it our way and buy in, we're not yet interested in what you did at the place you left. Once you have proven yourself, (gimme 6 months or more) and show me you can do it the best, then we can have that discussion if you truly believe you know a better way to do anything and everything. We are not closed minded, we just know what we do and how we do it.
I need this technician to grow the business, PERIOD… My current team leader has the ability to sell upwards of $600,000.00 per year with a personal goal of $1,000,000.00 in annual sales however the business demands of running his own calls while training and supporting Jr. Technicians and selling jobs, maintenance plans, unit replacement etc are slowing everyone's growth. You being great, moves you into a position to possibly be the next team leader while he moves into sales and supports your training and growth.

Along with running your own service calls you will be responsible for the following:

- Service Diagnose Maintain replace
- Perform Service, Diagnostics, Maintenance and replacements in a manner consistent with your experience and Evolution AC policy and procedures.
- Commercial AND Residential
- You must be willing and appreciate taking care of both types of customers in order to fill this role.
- Selling Technician Active:
- Engage in selling activities and flipping leads to sales. This may provide training opportunities or hand offs depending on level of team member and work demand. Must purchase a tablet of your own to be trained on selling replacement opportunities.
- Complete and Accurate Paperwork:
- Paperwork to be complete and 100% accurate 98% of the time before the technician completes it and turns it into the office.
- This includes Invoice, Estimates and maintenance written properly.
- Structured correctly as per the format described in the employee handbook.
- Billed out using the proper codes
- ON-Call Rotation
- It is what it is. Every tech we add, spreads out the responsibility and at a tech level 4 you will still be responsible for pulling on call duties like every other technician.
Accomplish this and you may be my next tech making $100K per year.
A Level 4 technician will have a minimum of 10 years SERVICE experience as a minimum.
_ *__It is preferred you have both commercial and residential experience of not less than 2 years in either of the categories.*_
NOTE: No more than 1 year of “Start Up” will be considered as experience.
We are looking for a qualified candidate that is looking to take their career to the next level. You can effectively diagnose, start up, replace and maintain any HVAC equipment 25 tons and under. Anything over that is a bonus but not required at this time.
You should understand sales is part of your career, Maintenance plans, parts and equipment are all part of sales.
You are looking to find your way to a management position and know that others look to you for assistance and you have the ability for attracting others to you long term that you provide help to.
Knowing your numbers would be great. How much did you sell last year, how many units did you replace or assist on? How many maintenance contracts did you sell (commercial and residential)
Service Titan: If you use Service Titan, we will probably show you how to use more of it. If you know your actual numbers in ST, include that in your response.
