Seeking a Customer Service Representative with robust customer service abilities, multitasking capabilities, and profound computer knowledge. Experience in air conditioning and heating is advantageous, along with familiarity with industry service and dispatch software._ Proficiency with Service Titan is highly beneficial._
Key Responsibilities:
● Scheduling & Coordination: Manage maintenance agreements and schedule tune-ups promptly. Contact customer to renew & sell memberships, sell estimates, and communicate specials.
● Customer Communication: Handle inbound calls within 3 rings and make outbound follow-up calls.
. ● Team Collaboration: Debrief technicians on service calls when needed and ensure smooth internal communication.
