Deaton's Mechanical Co., Inc. is currently hiring experienced technicians & HVAC/R/hot kitchen technicians. for our growing company. We are a light commercial MEP contractor; no residential.
We have been servicing our customers since 1991 in the central Indiana market providing HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and kitchen equipment break/fix, retrofit, and installation. We have steady year-round work, with room to grow. Large enough for consistent work, small enough that you're not considered a number, but a part of the team. We are looking for long-term career minded technicians looking for a new "home." We are looking for individuals who want a place to retire, not job jump.
Candidates must pass a drug test and have a clean driving record. Candidates must have ATLEAST 4 years of verifiable experience -- for this position we will not consider less.
