About the Role:
We are seeking skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technicians with over 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintaining and servicing various HVAC systems, including RTUs, Chillers, domestic water boilers, and heating boilers. This role focuses on servicing commercial clients, so experience in this area is essential.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Commercial HVAC Service Technician.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Familiarity with Cooling Towers, Roof Top Units, Chillers, Ice Machines, and Walk-in Coolers.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including the use of tablets for work orders
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
