As a Residential Plumber, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering top-notch plumbing services to our residential clients. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
- Perform residential plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance services, including pipe fitting, drain cleaning, water heater installation, and fixture replacement.
- Diagnose plumbing issues, provide accurate assessments, and propose effective solutions.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, addressing concerns and explaining the scope of work.
- Identify and suggest additional services and products to enhance the customer's plumbing system.
- Prepare and present estimates and quotes for plumbing services.
- Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly used and maintained.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and service requests.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Competitive Pay: Earn $58,000 - $72,000 per year, plus performance-based pay.

- Proven experience as a residential plumber with a focus on customer service and sales.
- Valid plumbing license and certifications as required by local regulations.
- Strong technical knowledge of residential plumbing systems and components.
