Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyperson Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in plumbing and mechanical systems, demonstrating expertise in various plumbing tasks. This role involves working on residential and commercial projects and ensuring all plumbing systems are installed, repaired, and maintained to the highest standards. The Journeyperson Plumber will be responsible for utilizing hand tools and power tools effectively, and collaborating with other team members to complete projects efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for pipe threading, welding, and other plumbing tasks.
- Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or necessary repairs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Executing all service orders assigned by the Dispatcher in a timely manner and to the highest standard.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle.
- Ensure equipment is maintained and is in safe operating condition and follow safety procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and regulations to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Journeyperson Plumber with a valid plumbing license.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment related to plumbing tasks.
- Familiarity with pipe threading techniques and various types of piping materials.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
- Works well independently as well with a team.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED certificate.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a journeyperson plumber.
- Must possess valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Able to lift 60 lbs.
- Capable of working overtime when the situation arises.

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
