We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential plumbing systems, with a strong ability to read blueprints and maintain plumbing installations. This role requires proficiency in using power tools and the ability to work effectively on construction sites. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for ensuring that all plumbing systems are installed, repaired, and maintained to the highest standards.
Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential buildings.
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Assemble and install pipes, fittings, valves, and fixtures using appropriate tools.
- Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various plumbing tasks.
- Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or areas needing repair.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, including carpenters, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Weld pipes as necessary for specific installations or repairs.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment on construction sites.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Plumber with a strong understanding of plumbing systems.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety regulations.
- Proficient in using power tools and equipment related to plumbing work.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
- Valid driver's license is preferred for transportation between job sites.
