Job Responsibilities
- Provide solutions to all commercial plumbing and drain issues
- Installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes including joints, valves, drains and pumps
- Installing of new plumbing fixtures, including sinks, toilets, urinals, faucets, water heaters, sump pumps, etc.
- Respond and troubleshoot problems and provide cost estimates
- Review blueprints and building codes to determine appropriate work procedures
- Perform preventive maintenance as required
- Support customer service team with vendor and/or customer escalations
- Collaborate with service team and supply houses for materials and pricing
- Educate and train the sales and service team to better their plumbing knowledge
Job Qualifications
- 5+ Years of experience in commercial service plumbing
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to think outside of the box for long-term solutions
- Knowledge of regulations within the plumbing industry
- Ability to properly use hand and power plumbing tools
- Demonstrated customer service skills; excellent phone etiquette a must
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Pro-active, organized & detail oriented
- Valid and clean Driver’s License is a must
