Reports To: Owner
Overall Responsibility: Drive agency growth by providing exceptional customer service to existing policy holders and generate new policy opportunities from existing clients.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Greet customer warmly and evaluate reason for calling.
- Resolve customer inquiries by providing detailed responses in regards to policies and general account information.
- Manage renewals for existing customers, includings submitting to various markets to give customers the most competitve quote.
- Submit new business applications for prospective clients to all available markets.
- Administer policy maintenance: including sending out certificates, following up on carrier loss control recommendations, billing inquiries, etc.

Experience:
- Insurance CSR: 1 year (Required)
- TAM Agency Management System: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- Property & Casualty License (Required)
