Reports To: Owner

Overall Responsibility: Drive agency growth by providing exceptional customer service to existing policy holders and generate new policy opportunities from existing clients.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Greet customer warmly and evaluate reason for calling.
Resolve customer inquiries by providing detailed responses in regards to policies and general account information.
Manage renewals for existing customers, includings submitting to various markets to give customers the most competitve quote.
Submit new business applications for prospective clients to all available markets.
Administer policy maintenance: including sending out certificates, following up on carrier loss control recommendations, billing inquiries, etc.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

Insurance CSR: 1 year (Required)
TAM Agency Management System: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

Property & Casualty License (Required)
