Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing maintenance requirements (both planned and unplanned) on production, packaging, processing equipment, and utility systems (to provide a continuous supply of heat, cooling, electrical, power, gas, or air required for operations). Readily available for emergency repairs in breakdown situations. Diagnose, troubleshoot, update and repair malfunctioning plant equipment. Performing.
Required Education: High School Diploma
Required Experience: To perform repairs and maintenance of buildings with some plumbing, electrical, HVAC and heating experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to lift, pull or push over 50 pounds, climb ladders, walk long distances.
Required Licenses or Certifications: None
Preferred Education: High School Diploma.
Preferred Experience: 10 years in central plant management.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 8 years in central plant management.
