The Medve Group has an immediate need for a multi-family industry experienced Maintenance Supervisor. He/she will be expected to train and assist at an established Metairie, LA community before transferring permanently and leading our team at a newly acquired local property in December.
Duties:
- Effectively lead by example and manage maintenance crew
- Prepare units to move-in ready condition
- Performs various community maintenance functions
- Responds to resident service requests and issues
- Maintain activity log
- Reports any maintenance concerns to the Property Manager
Requirements:
- 2+ years of industry maintenance experience
- 1+ years supervisory experience preferred
- MUST be able and willing to work hands-on alongside the maintenance crew
- Assist with on-call responsibilities
- HVAC certification
- Demonstrate excellence customer service skills
