QUALIFICATIONS:
· Perform service and maintenance on commercial HVAC systems
· Familiar with HVAC wiring diagrams
· Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
· Clean driving and criminal record, and current driver’s license
· Professional appearance
· Pass drug and background check
· EPA Universal (Preferred)
· Excellent communication skills
· Knowledge of commercial equipment
· The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and able to push/pull/carry or maneuver heavier items. Able to carry ladders & work from heights
· Multitasking and good time management skills
· Valid driver's license and clean driving record
· Maintain accurate time records and send to payroll when required

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
