Description of Duties
· Manage a crew of Apprentice Electricians to meet scheduling goals and meet or exceed client expectations.
· Provide clear direction to crew members and subcontractors to ensure project targets are achieved.
· Enforce all company safety protocols, proactively reporting any issues or potential hazards.
· Attend and provide input at project meetings with the Project Manager and proactively identify solutions to support projects.
· Assist in the building process according to approved plans, specifications, shop drawings, and applicable building codes while maintaining high-quality standards.
· Maintain communication regarding every project with the Project Manager through daily meetings.
· Update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system daily with accurate project details.
· Lead crews in identifying and managing opportunities and risks to achieve the best possible results for scope, quality, and schedule targets.
· Manage receiving, storage and protection of materials.
· Ensure crew members and subcontractors are communicating with clients professionally and appropriately.
· Support and maintain healthy, happy work environments and company culture.
· Maintain the clean, organized and professional presentation of work sites.
Skills & Requirements
· Minimum one year of experience managing crew members on-site
· Journeyman Electrician certification preferred
· Some Commercial work experience preferred
· Some Service work experience preferred
· Clean driver's license record
· Clean Background Check
