You'll Be Responsible For:
- Providing strategic direction and leadership to ensure the continued growth and success of the company.
- Overseeing all aspects of the business, including operations, sales, marketing, finance, and human resources.

- Building strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Identifying new market opportunities and developing strategies to capitalize on them.
- Managing the company's budget and financial performance.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of industry trends, regulations, and safety standards.
- Representing the company professionally in all interactions.
To Be Successful, You'll Have:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in general management with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- A proven track record of success in driving business growth and profitability.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred, but not required, knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in trade related fields.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
