## Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial buildings.
## Responsibilities
- Designing, installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems
- Conducting regular inspections of systems to ensure they are working efficiently
- Repairing or replacing defective equipment, components, or wiring
- Performing preventive maintenance to ensure systems operate smoothly
- Responding to service calls in a timely manner
- Reading and interpreting schematics for HVAC systems
- Providing excellent customer service during all interactions
## Experience
### Required Skills:
- Proficiency in HVAC systems including refrigeration and air conditioning
- Experience in appliance repair and field service
- Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for HVAC equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills in diagnosing and repairing HVAC issues
### Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in building or equipment repair
