Job Summary
We are looking for an HVAC Technician to join our team at a hotel. The ideal candidate will be able to diagnosis, repair, and install all minor and major components, to include air handlers, compressors, fan motors, etc. You will be responsible for PM's of all public area and guest room Split Systems, PTAC's, VTAC's, Pool Pacs, and commercial refrigeration systems.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must provide basic tools to perform your job
- Must be HVAC certified and have all current certifications to include.
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in hotel rooms, common areas, and other facilities
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation
- Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues promptly
- Respond to service calls from hotel staff to address HVAC concerns
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure overall functionality of hotel systems
- Comply with all safety standards and regulations in the maintenance and repair of HVAC systems
