We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC Field Supervisor / Lead Installer to join our fast-paced and rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will have several years of hands-on experience managing and installing HVAC systems for commercial projects, including restaurants, office buildouts, light medical facilities, and other commercial settings.
You will be responsible for leading installation crews, overseeing the quality of workmanship, ensuring projects are completed on time, and upholding our company’s high customer service standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead HVAC installation teams on various commercial projects.
- Oversee day-to-day field operations to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Install HVAC systems, including but not limited to rooftop units, split systems, and ventilation systems for restaurants, office spaces, and light medical buildings.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during installation or service.
- Maintain compliance with all safety regulations and company standards.
- Train and mentor junior technicians to develop their skills and uphold high standards of work.
- Assist in planning and scheduling to ensure efficient project completion.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC installation and supervision.
- Proven experience with commercial projects, including restaurants, office buildouts, and light medical facilities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent knowledge of HVAC systems, installation techniques, and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
