Will need to be able to perform repairs, maintenance of systems and troubleshoot AC off calls. Excellent customer service is a must. Qualifications
- Proficient in refrigeration and HVAC systems
- Experience as a service technician in the HVAC field
- Strong mechanical knowledge and skills in appliance repair
- Familiarity with HVAC design and schematics
- Understanding of plumbing systems and property maintenance
- Ability to operate equipment such as an ohmmeter and ammonia refrigeration systems
- Valid driver's license for van operation and field service duties
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot refrigeration and air conditioning issues using schematics and mechanical knowledge.
- Provide exceptional customer service while explaining service options and recommendations.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment.
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure proper HVAC design and installation.
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory of tools and equipment.
