Overview
We are seeking an Apprentice Plumber to join our team. This position offers a great opportunity for individuals interested in learning and developing skills in the plumbing industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman/journeywoman plumbers with various tasks on job sites
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine layout requirements
- Assemble and install plumbing systems under the guidance of experienced plumbers
- Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete projects
- Gain hands-on experience in plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and accurately
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of plumbing principles is a plus
- Ability to follow instructions and learn new concepts quickly
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn from experienced professionals
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is beneficial
- Previous experience in related fields such as carpentry, welding, or remodeling is advantageous
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
