At Sage Staffing, we are representing a client who is looking for talented licensed electricians for their commercial facilities business in the Houston Texas area.
Licensed electrician candidates need to have a valid drivers license as well as a vehicle to attend training. Once training is completed, you will be provided with a company truck and gas card. Electrical experience is required.
Licensed electrician Duties:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
- Perform electrical inspections to identify issues or potential hazards
- Troubleshoot electrical problems and make necessary repairs
- Install and connect wiring, outlets, switches, and fixtures
- Test electrical systems to ensure proper functioning
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects on time and within budget
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
Licensed electrician Skills:
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics
- Experience with high voltage systems is preferred
- Ability to perform frame carpentry work as needed
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve electrical issues
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
